My name is Toni and I am a trainee CBT therapist offering friendly and confidential support through difficult times in a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk freely and be heard.
I care deeply that we suffer when our life isn’t working as we’d wish, but don’t know how to change or do things differently. I’m here to help if this is you, and I believe we all have the ability to change if we want to do so.
We work together to develop a deeper understanding of your issue, how the problem is maintained and how it impacts your life. I then share insight, skills and techniques you can use to empower and maintain your change and achieve your goal.
With my core training being CBT, I view issues from a starting point of how you think and behave. I then look to address recurring and unhelpful thoughts and behaviour patterns.
The skills I offer are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) counselling and Life/work and Leadership Coaching.
We can work within just one approach or incorporate others. As I always work on a personal level with you, every client is different. I can combine and integrate approaches in a tailor-made way that is cost effective and dynamic especially for you.
